implantation bleeding or idkkkk ???

I’m seeing my “period” 4 days before I’m supposed to . 2 months ago I’ve been seeing my period earlier than 29 days so idk if this is normal or not . I’m scared this is some implantation bleeding. I don’t know what it is.

I started cramping before this and I’m worried. This morning when I woke up I felt I was on my period was coming and I stood up and all the blood was on the floor and it was a lot. It was very red . It looked very much like period blood but on my pad .. it looks weird . Help. Plus it looks slimy and gooey idk .
