Help meee
Im sleep deprived. One year old (14month old) wakes up frequently during the night and cannot sleep without holding my finger or having me there. Guessing he cannot self soothe... is it too late to sleep train? Or what can I do? Anyone deal with the same?? I just want a full nights rest with no interruptions for once
