How to pack hospital bag ahead of time?

How is everyone packing? Things like toiletries and maternity underwear etc I’m gonna use til the last second, or do people buy doubles of everything and pack one set? I’m 33 weeks and finding it hard to pack stuff cause I’m still using it..

As far as toiletries I just packed travel sizes of everything.  I bought a package of new undies and comfy pjs and going home clothes.  The only thing that I didn’t already have ready was a little bit of makeup and I just threw that in a makeup bag real quick before we left to the hospital.  I packed 2 gowns and little hats/headbands for baby (mainly for pics). And everything else she needed was provided by the hospital.

Body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, adult diapers, deodorant, slippers, socks, hair ties, brush, charger, phone/laptop, headphones, snacks. 
I pack a separate bag for coming home. (Hubby Brings It on discharge day) Outfit for me, outfit for baby, and the rest of the space will be used to stash all the goodies the hospital give us when leaving.

I have this same concern, I’m using all my stuff now. Fortunately I’m planning a home birth so I don’t officially NEED a hospital bag although it’s often recommended just in case you end up having to go to the hospital for some reason. My plan is to have a checklist of what I want packed and having my mom pack it for me if I end up in the hospital. For you, since you’re I’m assuming not having a home birth, early labor is a good time to pack. Contractions are usually pretty far apart so you can still manage some basic stuff, but it’s still a great idea to have your list ready so you don’t have to wonder what to pack at the time (or you can give it to your partner to have them pack for you!). If you’re 39+ weeks and start having contractions that don’t feel like Braxton Hicks, get packing!

I’m due 12/6 also. Was gonna pack baby’s stuff next week and then slowly add my stuff in. We travel a lot and still have travel sized toiletries so plan is to just grab toothbrush when I go into labor. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have a checklist of things I want to pack. I live only 5 minutes from the hospital and plan to labor at home for as long as possible, so toiletries, chargers, etc. I plan to pack after going into labor with the help of my checklist so I don’t forget anything. And if I do hubs or my parents can get it for me. Pajamas and stuff I’ll pack ahead of time.

Im packing travel sizes of toiletries. As for clothes & packing a few undies & two bras. I hear they give u some stuff at hospital so i hope to use hospital stuff as much as i can to save my own items. I’m going to try to buy the least amount of things as possible. I did buy a long-sleeved, zip-up nightgown with pockets and fuzzy socks with grips on the soles for comfort.

I just bought travel toiletries! And I bought a pack of these high-waisted underwear off amazon (many reviews said they used them postpartum) and have a couple pair of those in my bag that I can use in the hospital (fully aware afterwards I’ll probably be in mesh underwear and adult diapers though lol thought it might be nice to have a couple in case though). Than I just have some socks, a robe, and nightgown that I bought specifically for the hospital. Things I use everyday, like phone charger and make up and stuff, I’ll have to pack day of or have my husband bring up later. So just pack things you don’t use everyday and go from there!
