Prenatals - not pregnant

I’ve been told by my doctor I am slightly anemic. They said I should eat more fruits, veggies and drink more water.

I don’t drink milk or really have much dairy I take either.

Prenatals have multiple vitamins and what not in them. Do you think it would be a good day for me to get calcium and iron? I can’t swallow pills, well only small ones. So I was thinking about just getting a chewy prenatal. Plus I want one vs having to buy iron and a calcium vitamin separate.
