Baked fried pickles
Drain and Pat 1 jar of pickle slices, mix 1/3 cup flour, 2 eggs, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, some Cajun seasoning and some garlic powder and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix a cup of breadcrumbs (I used half Italian and half panko) and then dip pickles into egg flour batter and then into your breadcrumbs. Lay pickles on baking sheet with wire rack that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 ish for about 20 mins. I like mine extra crispy. Just make sure they are golden brown and cooked. Dip with your favorite sauce.
