Is everyone’s LO struggling to sleep?

I feel like I’ve seen a ton of topics lately about them all of a sudden not sleeping well. Now my LO started it. She’s usually an independent sleeper and barely stirs until 4-6am but the past two nights she’s been tossing and turning all night. Granted we’re traveling so that might making it worse but man oh man am I tired.

This happened to me was falling asleep with the dummy lovely around 8 pm would sleep until about 2-3am and then I was able to put her straight back down no dummy or anything and she would sleep until 7-8am. Then last Saturday it just changed and we have been up every hour since. The only way I can get her to sleep any longer than an hour is on my chest. It’s really being to effect my mental health as I already struggling with PPD and PPA. I do let her nap on her tummy in the day and I know she would sleep like that at night but I’m too scared of SIDS. My lady is 13+5 this started at 12+5. It’s seems odd that some many July babes are doing the same thing I’m guessing it must be some sort of development thing. Whatever it is I really need it to be over 😴😴😢😢

My little man is 14 1/2 weeks so hasn’t hit the 4 month sleep regression yet. Most people say it happens at 19 weeks so I’ve hopefully got another month of good sleep until then 🤞🏻🙈😂. He currently sleeps from 7-7 waking once in the night for a feed. I’ll feed him once more when he wakes in the morning and then he naps until around 9am.
