A twinge of pain... advice?

My SO and I have been having A LOT of sex when we see each other. The other night he went down on me and I have to remind him every time that I don’t know what he’s sucking on so hard but it hurts and it’s not at all pleasurable... Now it hurts when I wipe and it’s legitimately the worst pain. Is there anything y’all recommend to help the pain a little bit because OUCH 🥺. (And I’m aware that I should tell him not to do the suck thing anymore, that won’t be advice)
