Mobile home purchase
We live in Los Angeles and we’re sick of paying rent. We’re not able to buy a stand alone home. We’ve been looking at mobile homes (aka manufactured homes) in a community. I wanted to hear other people’s experiences with buying, owning, and reselling a mobile home. If you’ve done it once, would you do it again? Or recommend it?
