Okay so I’m kinda concerned. I was on a pill for a month and had absolutely horrible side effects from it. Cramping for 3 weeks, spotting, weird period (like not like my regular period at all), sore boobs. It was just too much. So my PCP took me off it and put me on the nuvaring. Well after my inactive pill week I put the nuvaring in. That night I had some violent vomiting, still not sure what that was about. Anyways about three days later I decided to take the nuvaring out. Idk but I just rather not be on birth control anymore, too many side effects. Anyhow, it’s been about 5 days since I’ve had it out and now I’m bleeding, cramping, and nauseous. It isn’t as heavy as a period and kind of dark. I’ve had headaches these last few days, which I had when I threw up. Should I be worried or are these regular side effects of going off. Of course I’ve had sex and my bf has finished in me, so I’m not sure if I should be worried about anything like that.
