Cleaning with kids

My my boyfriend works 6 days a week which is awesome cuz then I only have to work 4. My boyfriend is always complaining the house isn’t clean. I really don’t feel I have time with the baby home. My boyfriend called off work on Tuesday to clean the house and had my still take the baby to the babysitters so he doesn’t even want to clean with the baby here. So not sure how Im expected to do it. But anyway how do you get stuff done around the house with the baby. Also he’s 11 months
