I don't know when I ovulated...

I have no idea when I ovulated. How do I know when to test based on my last period?? Glow says I have 4 days left until af, but it's always wrong by a few days. (Sometimes sooner, sometimes later) I tested today and had a BFN! Anyone had a NEG and the next day have a POS?
