I have a 9 month old and our routine is bath at 7pm, a feed around 7:30pm and he is asleep for around 8pm, although he still wakes during the night. He is breastfed and currently falls to sleep on the breast, although we are trying different ways for him to self soothe and to fall asleep alone.

I just wondered what routines others have, and if anyone has any tips.

Ideally I’d love for our boy to have a feed at 7pm, a bath around 7:30pm, in his cot around 7:45pm and asleep for 8pm but this is proving very difficult... we will get there!
