Yeast infection?

I woke up today after a night of drinking and my down there was itching like crazy.

I had a lot of discharge but it was all healthy looking white discharge. I showered and washed it good and it still itches a bit. I can’t tell if it’s any more red than normal because I don’t really know it’s normal color. I’ve had a yeast infection before that felt like this but it was days before I got it treated. This just started like 5 hours ago. I was planning on having sex today. But is this a yeast infection? And should I not?
