ART/ IVF education night?

Question

Anyone have to attend IVF/ ART education night before starting the IVF process? We thought the process would start as soon as my husbands blood work came back(around 10/28) but NOPE we have to attend a class which isn’t offered in November! 🤦🏼‍♀️ we have to wait until 12/17!!!! 🤬 has this happened to anyone else??

I’m sorry, that stinks!  We had to go to an orientation as well before we started.

My doctors used to require that years ago. My friend went to the same specialist about 4 years ago and she remembers having to go to a class first. However, now they have a video that they require we watch instead and then sign something at the end. Soo happy they changed that format since the class would’ve been an hour away or more.

I, personally, think that's ridiculous. I'm sorry.  I think I've seen someone else on here who had to do something like that.  Such a bummer though that it sets you back. Ughhhh💔 Hang in there.  Maybe you'll meet some great friends there!
