Ok so a 3 month old breastfed baby would have less dirty diapers and a formula fed baby would have more right? Well my daughter is the opposite, lately breast milk has her pooing like crazy and having blowouts and formula seems to curb it a little. I'm trying to figure out where to begin with this.

I asked here a few days ago about blowouts, sized her up a diaper size and called my pediatrician and she said if it continues through the weekend we can bring her in to check on her.

We gave her formula a couple times yesterday, I breastfed her last night at 3am and again this morning at 8:30am. This morning around 11 she had a (TMI) really big slimy but seedy diaper that was a yellow brown which has become her normal. Since then she has had formula.

We're using Similac pro advance formula and feeding her 2-3oz on demand but it's about every 3 hours. As far as the breast milk, my diet hasn't changed at all and we were giving her 5oz every 3.5-4 hrs. She's on 1.6ml of zantac twice a day. She's had a cough the last couple days too but no other symptoms of being sick. She's pretty much her normal self besides these big diapers.

I'm thinking we'll probably see the pediatrician tomorrow but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas. I'm at a loss and I'm scared I'll have to stop breastfeeding or change my diet, which I'm also scared to do because I've lost so much weight I don't want to lose more.
