So my husband got laid off we got an eviction notice due to our children being to loud other tenants complaining nov 1st gave us 30 days. Been saving but still not enough to move. My husband has a friend that is will to rent us a 3br apart what we need for 1200. And willing to work with us for the deposit and just pay it off. Its 10x smaller then the place we are in now we would have to at least get rid of half the house. Plus washer and dry. We have 3 kids and a dog. Would u take it or wait till the court evicts u and find something bigger or same size in now ? And save up more money???

The rent cost on top of our other bills we has makes me worried.
