Postpartum hygiene
FTM here! I gave birth 2 weeks ago and tore. My doctor said that I have dissolvable stitches and I will take 6 weeks to heal. I’ve been using my peri bottle to clean bc I was told not to wipe. Am I not allowed to wipe for the whole 6 weeks until I see him again?? Or when would it be safe to really clean myself with soap and a rag, and wipe after bathroom use?
