What do contractions feel like?

Does it sometimes feel like you need to use the restroom?
(Like you ate spicy food and it’s making your belly cramp but you didn’t eat any spicy food? Lol)

It felt like super bad diarrhea pains with my first I actually sat on the toilet for like 30 minutes with barely anything coming out before I realized I was in labor and started timing them 😂😂😂

No. No no no... Oh hun your a first time mama arent you. They suck, so bad hun. If u hv had the real bad constipation b4 then I guess it is a slightly similar feeling to that. They are just something that gets more painful over time. They will start in the front first and be pretty uncomfortable n sore but bearable but you just breathe through them. As they get really painful you may or may not cry then things are heating up and the contractions will then start in your lower back and come round to your front. Thats when you start going into yourself to find strength you never knew you had, you do have it. It will all be ok.

Sorry I really can't explain it because the pain I had was nothing like period pain.
The best way I could describe the actual rythym of the pain is driving up a triangle (pain increases) hitting the top of the triangle(feels like your about to die) and then driving back down(then some relief before your next contraction). 
It is an unheard pain that runs through every vein in your entire body. 
I'm not so pain tolerant so it gives me anxiety and makes me want to puke just thinking about it.
