Episodes of heart palpitations, light headed ness, feeling shortness of breath almost claustrophobic feeling, dizzy and faint, sweaty and hot.

Pain under rib cage/breastbone just an uncomfortable burning but also dull achy feeling.

Sometimes I see spots of light, but vision is not blurry.

My first concern is possibly pre eclampsia, which I’ll ask about tomorrow but my BP has been fine recently, little higher than normal but not in the danger zone. I’ve also gained 5lbs since last Monday which really caught me off guard. But I have been craving more and eating more carb foods. I’m NOT as swollen as I was when pregnant with my son but I am getting swelling after a long day. I wake up during the night and in the morning with whatever side I’m on that leg and arm is usually numb. Then this morning my lower calves were purple/blue.
