I’ve been having lower back pain and sleeping with two pillows under my knees has helped tremendously. It takes pressure off of your spine. And if you sleep on your side, slide a pillow between your knees. Hope that helps you!
Sciatic Nerve Problems
Any fellow mamas have back issues? Any tips? I have two fractured vertebrae that have given me issues for awhile.... I am having spasms now... back pain.... and obviously can’t take muscle relaxers!
