It doesn't look like he's struggling to breathe. He could just have some gunk in his nose which is causing him to sound like that.

It sounds like you just need to suction out his nose. A lot of babies get amniotic fluid after birth lodged up + plus they are breathing on their own and so the nose is going to start producing some nasal fluids like we do naturally. ￼If your baby was struggling to breath you would hear more of a wheezing coming from their mouths so no worries!

I def would not take him to the ER. Like a couple other mammas said, it sounds pretty normal. The ER has so many sick people right now he could contract something really bad. Make an appointment with your pediatrician

My baby sounded like that and it’s ritually normal a humidifier is always your best friend when they are this little do that and you’ll be fine saline solution and nose syringe also helps.
