Skipped birth control pill

I need some advice from you girls. I’ve been taking my birth control pills for 5 and half months now and I never skipped a pill beside placebo ones. Today was suppose to be my regular Sunday pill after my placebo pills and I forgot to pick up my prescription and my period ended a day or two ago. Tomorrow I am going to get my new pack of pills and I wonder if I should take both pills at the same time tomorrow. The Sunday one which I skipped and the Monday one which I have to take as regular. My partner always cum inside of me and I always get my period on time but I never skipped a pill before and that’s why I am scared. However, I do have some problems with getting pregnant. It’s not easy for me to get pregnant and I heard from at least 3 doctors that in the future I might have difficulty with getting pregnant because I have ovarian cysts. Please let me know if I should take a plan B or take 2 pills at the same time. Last time I took plan B it effected my hormones a lot and I am scared to do it again.
