So during pregnancy I was ok’d to take benalyn when I had a cold... these past 2 days I’ve been feeling like crap, Tylenol and cepacol (which we’re ok’d by the pharmacist) have not been cutting it. Today I reached for the benalyn that was just sitting in my bathroom cabinet just so I can finally get some rest with this dry throat of mine... I’m currently in my bed freaking out because google says it’s dangerous for a breastfed baby....I literally only took 1 tablespoon...am I ok?
