Doll house for a boy?

I'm thinking of maybe giving our 2.5 years old son a doll house for Christmas. I think he would like it. Now, are there any more neutral looking doll houses out there? I don't mind pink stuff but my husband is silly and does. Now, we live small so we can't have a huge doll house and it needs to be sturdy as our son can be quite rough, and no small parts because he puts things in his mouth. Do you have any recommendations? I can't seem to find anything to fit our needs.
