Endometriosis pain

Had a miscarriage in August with our first baby and I had no pain whatsoever until I miscarried and then I just had some cramping... now pregnant again with out rainbow but this time I’ve had slight cramping on and off and now this morning I have my normal endometriosis pain I would get if I was on my period and some light brown discharge, could be implantation bleeding? I’m just trying not to worry if there’s nothing wrong but who else has ever experienced this or something similar?
