Please any advice/ help appreciated

So I’ve been on the pill for around 3 years with the same partner and at the start of this month we had sex without a condom a few times. Since about a week ago I’ve felt a bit of cramping,nausea constipation so suspected pregnancy or my period as this week is my break week of the pill I stopped on Thursday so expected my period yesterday or today but still no sign . I have took a test and it says not pregnant - which I’m relieved with as I cannot afford a child right now but I’m still going to test again in a could of days to double check. I thought I had thrush or BV a few weeks before the unprotected sex so got canister treatment for that. Currently I have a egg white sticky kind of CM I do have a bit of cramping and feel bloated so I’m not sure if my periods on the way or if the test came up wrong ? Please any advice or help would be appreciated as I am quite worried
