Blood clot and low placenta

After using a lot of strength (long story I don’t want to get into), I started cramping & bleeding right away. Went to the ER and they said I have a blood clot behind my placenta along with it being low. The baby was moving and everything else was ok other than me having some bright red bleeding. I’m only 10 weeks today, I have to schedule an appointment with my OB along with a follow up ultrasound.

Has anyone had this happen before?

If so what were the outcomes.
