Late period and BC

Hi all, I got off BC in August and then had a normal 28 days cycle and had a very heavy period September 13-15. Now I’m cycle day 40 and very late. I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. Had cramping on and off and now sore nipples. I was on Yaz. Anyone have similar experiences and how long did it take to get regular after stopping BC?
