I'm 6 weeks today. Go for my first ultrasound next week. Yesterday I was warm on my head and cheeks were flushed for a few hours which has been happening because I'm on progesterone suppositories. But I felt awful all afternoon. Then I had a nightmare that I lost this baby. This morning I haven't had any symptoms and I'm just worried that I lost the baby yesterday when I was feeling so bad. Anybody else struggle with thoughts like this? Trying to keep my mind off it. Just hard.

Edit: my last miscarriage was silent and looking back my only symptom was a fever and hot flashes the day after it happened.
