Sharp Cramping and Light Spotting

Has anyone else experienced sharp cramping? It’s very mild and just a sharp cramp here and there every once in awhile, but it’s been happening at least 5x a day. At my last appointment my doctor said it’s probably just stretching. I’ve also had some very light spotting when I wipe, barely noticeable but I still worry! I have had spotting occasionally throughout my pregnancy, I had a subchronic hematoma/hemorrhage. I’m still feeling baby move a bunch though! I’m 24 weeks 5 days today.
