OMG never ending Braxton Hicks

I'm due tomorrow! I've had false labour/braxton hicks at 28w, 31w, then on and off until 38w when I've had it nearly every night.

Well today I've woken up with kinda painful, rock-solid BH with cramps and back pain, every 5ish minutes ALL DAY. It's 5pm now :( it's not stopping no matter what I do!

I'm not getting my hopes up because I've had this nearly every night for the past 2 weeks... but it's a bit excessive isn't it :(

Also, I've had no show or blood/water loss.
