My daughter is 5.5 weeks old and we’re having a rough time with sleep. The last two days she did not nap during the day AT ALL. This obviously made for a horrible night because she was exhausted. I’m looking for any suggestions. I tried the swing and she was too excited/busy looking around.

Do I try to lay her down after I nurse? I don’t want it to be a bad habit for her. She is yawning a lot but when I put her in her crib for a nap (swaddled and with a pacifier and a sleep machine) she cries after a few min.

Help anyone! I purposely have not taken her for a drive because again I don’t want to rely on that for sleep.
