Baby T due 1 July 2020 💖 now for the long wait to the scan. It's my first pregnancy. Anyone got any tips on how to help calm and not worry that it will all go wrong? The wait already feels so long just a week on.

Same. I’ve had a number of losses, one very significant loss at 26 weeks pregnant and ultimately prayer/meditation, yoga, take it day by day and try to be present and grateful. It is such a gift. Nerves are normal but take good care of yourself. Acupuncture of seeing a naturopath I also reccomend as they can support you in having a sticky healthy pregnancy.

Just breathe, take everything day by day! I’m here alongside you, due the 2nd. I’ve had a few losses but this time I’m trying to not obsess with tests, eliminate my stresses, and enjoy the beginning of pregnancy. Within two weeks you could be facing morning sickness, don’t rush it 😉
