I’ve missed my birth control two nights and in the instructions I was pretty sure it said to take it whenever you remember but I lost the paper so I wasn’t certain. This morning I got up and took my two pills but when going to the restroom I noticed bleeding. I’ve missed my birth control before and this is a first. (I have the pills that contain the four white pills for my periods and it’s at the end of the pack) Now my nausea is getting the best of me and feel like I need to run to throw up. How do I fix this 🥺
