Best diaper pail for cloth diapers?

Question

I plan on cloth diapering with the bum genius all in ones. What diaper pail should I register for? 
I also have a reusable pail liner that goes with the diapers on my list 
I’m looking for something affordable as possible, big enough for the extra bulk of cloth, allows own bags, and actually contains the smell.
Ideas? 
I see the ubbi everywhere, is it worth the price?

I use the tots bots one and have had no issues. I know people recommend one with holes but I find his poo sometimes smells too much! Plus he’d be throwing dirty nappies everywhere!
