TMI!!!!

So the other day I had a bowel movement. I wasnt constipated at all. More of a normal bowel movement not smooth sailing but also not straining hard. Anyways as soon as I got done.i started cramping instantly and it progressively got worst to the point where I was buckling. The cramps in all lasted about 10 minutes and it was completely constant. I couldn't find anything online about severe cramping after doing number 2. There wasnt any bleeding at all. Have anyone ever experienced this or have suggestions on what could've happened?? Its just been weighing on my mind.
