I’m pregnant!!!!

If any moms or moms to be out there see this I could use some guidance as this is my first. I have been ttc for 2 months got off depo in July after one shot. I didn’t think there was any way I could be pregnant this month as I’ve been taking ovulation test since cd 14 an I’m on cd 23. Me an my partner both dreamed of me having a baby yesterday so I took one this morning an faint line.🎉👏🏽🥳🥳( first test was this morning the hcg strip) I decided to get a first response after work peed on it at the store because I had to pee sooo bad and boom still positive.
