My son breaks out like that and every doctor I have seen said it was eczema. She told me to use a good soap such as Johnson and Johnson, dove, or neutrogena and to apply aquaphor to his skin religiously.

In my experience eczema is usually in certain spots. Like the crease of the arm. Maybe the buttocks, ankles. That looks more like some kind of rash to me. Does it feel dry?

If it’s on his arms and thighs it’s probably keratosis pilaris. I’m 1 year old has it :/ google it, there is so much info but unfortunately no cure just ways to help it calm down
