HELP ME 💩 TMI

I’m 4 days postpartum with a level 2 tear and really need to poop but it hurts so bad to try and go. I need to go so bad that I feel like it’s making my pain down there worse from the pressure. How can I make this not so horrible? Pleaseeeee I need help! What worked for you mamas? Is there a way to make my poop so soft that it just comes out on it’s own? I’ve tried colase, milk of magnesia and lots of water.
