Heartburn as an early pregnancy symptom?

So I been having the most horrendous heartburn/acid reflux i don't usually have this. Was curious to know if anyone body has experience this as a early symptom in pregnancy I been having a few other symptoms but for now this is the one that has got me thinking everything I eat or drink gives me heartburn/acid reflux. I tested on 6 dpo of course it was negative 🙄 but this symptoms got me think I been experiencing oily face which my face is usually dry, a weird taste in my mouth (could be because of the acid reflux), sore breast not too bad, a rise in temp., Hot flashes am constantly hot but no fever am usually a very cold person, slight cramp for about 1/2 days With a bit of back pain and until now slight dizzy and a bit nauseous 😷.

And been getting sleepy and super hungry at a specific hour.
