Cows milk protein allergy

Anyone else breastfeeding a bub with cows milk protein allergy? I've posted and commented a few times about how my boy simply didn't sleep during the day no matter what we try.

Turns out he's likely been allergic to cows milk protein coming through my breastmilk. I've been avoiding all cows milk products for 4 days and we've had several 1hr naps in the carrier! And yesterday he slept in the car capsule even once we'd stopped and taken the capsule out of the car!!

He's a different baby. I'm so glad we gave this a try.
