Myo-Inositol

Idk which group to post this in so I’m doing it here. Has anybody taken myo-inositol to help with your infertility. I’m currently on a break before I start IVF (after 3 failed IUI’s). It was recommended by me RE and it’s been about 5wks that I’ve been taking it. Last week I started spotting and was 100% sure AF had made her appearance because the amount of blood that came out confirmed it. Well the next morning I was not bleeding at all. I still haven’t started my period but could it be possible that, that one day of bleeding was it? I’m currently on cd33 and took Femara and confirmed with blood work that I did ovulate this cycle. Can someone please tell me what was your experience with this supplement, thank you in advance.!
