I've had the mirena for over 3 months now. I bled for like 2 and a half months!!!!! Nothing major, just light bleeding. It would stop for like a day, then come back!!! I hated it! I finally stopped bleeding for like 4 days, then got my period 🤦🤦🤦 it also has made me break out like crazy, my anxiety shot through the roof, super hormonal and just irrational. Crying over everything, getting angry over nothing. My hair growth, god damn I'm like a freaking chia pet! I will admit, after my period, things did start to settle down. I talked my doctor about all of these and he said it can take up to 6 months for things to adjust. I'm not pregnant so I guess I can't complain too much.
