guys when is it important to drink milk during pregnancy at what week so that baby doesn't take calcium from my bones?

You don't need to drink milk. Just eat foods with naturally occurring calcium. And supplement with a vitamin if you don't eat much food with calcium

You need calcium, not milk. Calcium is found in lots of foods; legumes, leafy greens, etc. It’s probably in your prenatal vitamin as well.

You don’t have to drink milk, I haven’t had any to drink since I was 2 I find it repulsive and we’re not baby cows we don’t need milk. What you need is calcium and there are 100s of better ways to obtain that than milk.

I CRAVE milk and I was not a milk drinker before. I have a small glass once every other day and drink the lactose free milk, which makes a huge difference to my tummy. It actually has more calcium, more protein, and less sugar!!

I never knew this!!! Milk makes me sick though so what should I do? I take vitamins every day still as i eat barely anything anyway!

My dietician had me increase my calcium intake from week 7 onward. My levels were low, so he was able to give me some great advice on how to get more calcium in my diet. I also take a Vitamin D supplement daily which also assists in calcium absorption.
