This is my place to vent / get it off my chest

Valerie

With my past 3 pregnancies 2 I didn’t feel my contractions until I was at 6+cm after they work my water and the other I woke up in the middle of the night in active labor and just thought it was cramps from needing to make a BM after 20 mins so trying and getting nowhere I went to the hospital almost didn’t make it and my daughter was born 5 mins after getting there with no doctor in the hospital and the nurses busy trying to get set up

I lay here wondering when will I feel them will I feel them before it’s to late I live father from the hospital this time then I did with my other pregnancies I woke up with a full bladder so I went to the bathroom and now I can’t get back to sleep my back hurts but not bad just kinda an ache feeling I’m very nauseous I keep getting mildly sharp pains in my right side but it’s more like where my hip bone is then my abdomen but at this point it’s all pretty much in the same location my stomach is tight but I don’t see where it’s tightening more or less to be a sign of a connection I have felt 1 little movement in the past 20-30 mins I kinda week discomfort relatively close to same feeling when the doctor checks my cervix so I find my self asking myself is this me dilating but from what I have experienced and what they say you can’t feel dilation thinking about waking up my boyfriend to see what he thinks I should do but sadly we don’t have enough gas in the car to make it to the hospital I’d have to call an ambulance and I don’t feel like it’s an Emergency I don’t feel like I’m in True Active labor I know there could possibly be far more serious things for an ambulance to needed else where but I find my self wondering will I make it until tomorrow
