Help😭

So this morning i woke up and i went to go pee and i wipe and i look down i see in my pants it like little circle or brown red idk🤦🏾‍♀️ and then i looked at my tissue it was like a light light red discharge my period ended Friday it’s 4 days after my period i haven’t had sex and my side and lower half of my stomach hurt so what can it be help me please I’m scared😭
