Could I be missing my period because I’m losing weight?
It’s been 2 months since I’ve had my period after having very regular and normal periods. And it’s also been 2 months since I’ve started making healthier choices, reducing sugar intake, being more active as well as intermittent fasting a few days a week. I’m still at an average weight for my height but missing my period has made me a bit anxious. If anyone could help me out with some info it would be rlly helpful.
