Pregnant

How would someone know they’re pregnant without the obvious reasons: missed periods, weight gain, morning sickness. Asking for a friend. She doesn’t get periods anymore due to them being so bad but how would she know if she was pregnant? She’s in a healthy relationship so could the weight gain come from there?
