UPDATE: my bloods came back negative, I am mega confused

I missed my period, I’m on CD 55, my period was due almost a month ago. I have sore boobs and slight sickness, and stomach cramps like I’m getting my period but I don’t. Around two weeks ago I had spotting. On Saturday and Sunday nights I got some positives but I’ve had like 14 negative tests. I’ve had a blood test but I’m just waiting for the results. Could these just be false negatives? I’m literally going out of my mind now because I feel like there’s something different but these tests say otherwise. I honestly don’t know what to do. My last period was 29/08/19.
