How long are your babies naps now?

For us, doesn’t matter the awake windows naps are increasingly short.  Always seeing people say how “their baby doesn’t nap” but they mean 1.5 hours multiple times a day.. just wondering if anyone else has a short napper only!

My son has always been a short napper. The usual is 20-30 min., 45 min. is really good and less common, 1 hr. is rare and amazing. 😂 He never goes over an hour.

My girl catnaps all day anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes randomly and then we get a good hour and a half somewhere around 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

She was 2 hours but in the past few weeks 30-60 minutes naps are the reg. I am always watching wake windows and noticed when I tried to stretch to 3 hours between naps she would only sleep 30 mins. Also when I would feed her right before a nap only 30 mins. So now I try to go 2-2.5 between naps and need at least 40 minutes before. When she does a 2 hour nap she only needs 2 naps that day when she goes less sometimes we’re squeezing in more naps

My boy takes 3-4 30 minute naps a day, sometimes 45m-1h for ONE of them if it’s a quiet house and someone is holding him. He sleeps 11 hours straight at night though. My daughter did the same and transitioned to two 1.5 hour nap sometime around her 1st birthday.
